This document summarizes the career pathways of students who completed a Master's program that aimed to facilitate interprofessional collaboration and evidence-based practice. It found that many students were promoted or changed jobs/focus after completing the program. Students reported gaining skills like accessing information more deeply, synthesizing information, and increased confidence. The program helped some secure new jobs and enhanced their practice. It gave students time to think and grow. Future opportunities are discussed to better support qualified nurses and the succession of leadership roles.
