The process of learning excites them more than the outcome of gaining knowledge. They are energized by steadily progressing from ignorance to competence through learning new facts and skills. While Learners love learning, they intuitively understand how they learn best. They can learn quickly and help keep organizations on the cutting edge through their focus on learning. The document provides tips for both those who have strong Learner talents and those for whom it is a lesser theme.
