to attract and retain our employees. Maintaining a diverse and inclusive

 Autocratic Leadership Style
Jamie Dimon used this type of style in financial crisis of 2008. In 2008, the
world was hit by a financial crisis, and Dimon steered the business using this
approach to clear most of the wreckage and maintained its profitability.
 Democratic Style
Damon has followers from all over the United States that believes in him
and follow him. After Obama won the 2008 presidential election, there
was even speculation that Dimon would serve in the Obama
Administration as Secretary of the Treasury.
 Visionary Leadership
Dimon’s vison for his company JP Morgan Chase is to make it the best
financial services company in the world. Jamie Dimon shared this in a
financial statement of the company in 2013. He further added “At
JPMorgan Chase & Co, we want to be the best financial services
company in the world. Because of our great heritage and excellent
platform, we believe this is within our reach” is the company’s vision
statement.

We can call Dimon as a Coaching leader as he focus on making his
employees more effiecient by helping them through training and
development programs. JP Morgan Chase has launched a $75
million program to expand skills–based education for young
people to help solve the youth unemployment crisis.

In JP Morgan Chase, their target for their employees are generally
higher then what is needed and employees even get rewarded for
completing those targets. That’s what transformational leaders do.
They motivate others to do more than they originally intended and
often even more than they thought possible.

Jamie Dimon is one of the most successful banker right now and the
only one being the richest banker of all time but success didn’t came
to him overnight. He saw many ups and downs in his life but nothing
could made him gave up, not even cancer. Jamie Dimon took the
leadership charge of Bank one when it was floating in the water and
made it financial strong by merging it with top bank of the world JP
Morgan Chase. He has never looked back since then. There’s a lot
that one can learn from this personality and get success in his life as
