How it Works:

•If POC on leave or not available, call
deputy director (Jeremy).
•Can still call Merni, if BOS related or otherwise
needs director-level attention.

Collaborative Training
• Document and build upon skill sets.
• Communicators (from all county agencies)
can provide monthly 10-15 minute
“Cliff Notes” training and overview
opportunities.
