• Front of house: Taking orders, receiving payment and preparing meals
and drinks. Responsible for cashing up and financial security procedures
as well as customer services and managing complaints.
• Middle of house: making side orders, burgers or responsible for the fries
station
Secondary task: Involved controlling stock inventories and keeping the
restaurant clean throughout opening hours.

team presentations at University. At work, team spirit was demonstrated by willingness to
work extra hours to cover colleagues’ sick leave and by adapting a ‘can-do’ attitude in the
