Represented Senior Management on a regular basis ensuring the smooth running of
the department is maintained. Produced and delivered briefings/seminars to outside
agencies on a variety of military subjects.
2007 to 2012. Support Worker
Worked as a Support Worker for Cartrefi Cymru supporting people with learning
disabilities to live in their own home and to take an active role in the community.
Created care plans for individual clients using a friendly and caring approach.
Developed the ability to relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds using
tact, sensitivity,
Possessed patience, a sense of humour, reliability and flexibility.
Assisted with the distribution of medication and helped clients manage their budget.
