Performs various assigned work tasks in connection with the production of ammunition either
manually or with the use of various tools, machines or equipment. Performed jobs such as
receiving, packing, unpacking, shipping, inspecting, assembling and break down, re-working
and palletizing of component parts and finished ammunition. Visually inspects components for
deterioration and defects such as burrs, cracks, holes, dents, pits, fins, etc. I assured compliance
with the ordinance specifications, standard inspection, procedure and drawings. Loads and
unload films, activated process and develop films using various chemical fixtures as well as
prepare records for x-rays. I conducted active roles in applications of SPC controls, such as
collecting, plotting and interpreting process data. Adjusted process and notifying appropriate
personnel to correct actions. Make job assignments as necessary to instruct and oversee
workers in production methods such as SOP's and TDP requirements and operating procedures
and safety regulations. Maintain accountability of components, assemblies, kept up with
inventory on monthly basis, ordered supplies or parts, and calculate documents. Review each
request for quantity, nomenclatures, description, stock, part number and class of each item.
Verify identity and quantity with the request for issue or purchase orders when receiving
materials. Obtain complicit descriptions, serial numbers and delivers to designated tool rooms
by the use of Production Order Numbers and Product Code Numbers. Visually inspect all out
going materials by Lot numbers and National Stock numbers before being shipped. I also have
experience answering phones, filing, storing papers, placing orders and taking messages.

retested again. This was more like a quality inspector position

motor board facings to fit speakers making sure they were secured. Testing, repairing and

the assembly line on the smaller speakers making sure that the needed installation, wiring, and
the final preparations were been done before being shipped to pack out as well. Worked in pack
out preparing products for shipping assembling with the needed the labels before being shipped.
