The project involved refurbishing a derelict, Grade II listed mill building in a conservation area. The mill building was structurally unstable so work stabilized the stone walls and repaired the roof frame. The interior was also refurbished, including repairing the original mill mechanism. Traditional materials and construction methods were used to respect the building's listed status and retain its character.
