Optimizing glass sizes thru LISEC (GPS) software acquired from customers’ inquiries to achieve
number of stock sheets to be used and wastage for estimation and costing purposes.
Prepare shape drawings (Glass) and check if they are properly scaled exactly to the size that is
indicated on the Work Order form and thus determine the exact sizes by double checking the
AutoCAD drawing given by customers. If not, coordinate with the concerned person for accurate
drawings.
Countercheck the drawings that has been done and saved it on our server for precision wise
and upload it on our LISEC (GPS) software for production processes.
Arrange, raises and prepare MRF (material requisition form) for all the work orders as per the
considered brought out values by Estimation Department for processes that need to be done by
Third Party Processors locally or abroad such as lamination, ceramic fritting, sandblasting,
holing, notching, curved glass, etc…
Raises and prepares MRF (Material Requisition Form) for required stock sheets if it is not
available with the store department especially those special sizes to be needed for such project,
for glass and for non-standard materials, project wise.
Prepare and raises replacements requests for rejected glass from production and thus assists
on Technical related matters.
Preparing Proforma Invoices for new and existing projects / jobs.
Preparing Work Orders as per approved Proforma Invoices from Customer’s and Clients for
processing of orders and production wise and thus ready for dispatch / delivery.
Accept and review inquiry such as specifications, analyze bill of quantity provided by the
contractor and prepare quotation as per the inquiry and interpret Architectural drawings both
new and revised.
Prepares and generates Crystal Reports using CRM software for report layout using Microsoft
excel spreadsheets, linking and embedding reports. To manage customer data and customer
interaction, marketing and customer support.
Updating daily glass stock sheets report coinciding with store department to monitor how
much quantity we have received and deducted.
Filing of documents for customer’s queries, quotations, glass supplier prices and
correspondence including project files for easier access.

Assist and Edits AutoCAD drawings on Project and Design Department.
Research to determine missing opportunities thus creating marketing campaigns and track
