I have been employed with IAG for 5 years and over this time my role has
varied giving me opportunities to explore other departments, processes and
procedures. After induction, I was integrated into the Total loss, Fire, Theft
and Malicious Damageteam. During this time I was involved in the Christmas
hail stormclaims which included being responsiblefor liaising with customers,
booking assessments and attending to settlements and customer complaints,
together with determining Pre Accident Values on stolen not recovered motor
vehicles.
In addition to this department, I have worked in the Insuranceand
Settlements, Motor Claims and home teams. My role consisted of liaising with
other insurancecompanies, customers as well as third parties. I was also
handling customer complaints and disputes.
During this period, I was granted the opportunity of secondmentfor both the
Team Manager and AssistantTeam Manager roles. I successfully completed
the futureleader’s program as partof my ongoing development and desired
career path as a People Leader/Team Manager.
I have transitioned into the home claims area in late 2014.
Myself motivation and proactive attitude has enabled me to drive Team focus
in our business and further providevaluable supportto staff both in my
existing team, and the Settlements team based in New South Wales as partof
the currentnational structure.
I am a team focused, and result driven individual and have exceptional
analytical problem solving skills. I have a penchant for organization together
with an eye for detail with an ability to performin highly demanding
environments.

positive personablenature has enabled me to work as part of a team and also
