I have headed various new initiatives which have been extremely successful, including:
Claim processes, assistance in making streamlining the validation of claims more
efficient, documentation templating etc. I always try and assist with staff initiatives to
create a friendly, safe and happy staff environment helping to make staff more client
focused, I amalways willing to assist staff members in dealing with unhappy client’s and
complaints and trying to resolve it without having to escalate to management.
I have experience in the Short Term Insurance claims division. Ranging from registration
of the claim, validation process, handling of claim quotations, full function as a claims
advisor/validator and settlements of claims, within an earned allocated mandate.
I have also trained and facilitated new staff members with regards to policies and
procedures of the company, as well as Personal Lines Policy wording and Standard
Quality and Compliance Standards. I have a very keen eye for detail and my skills have

I have a vast knowledge of 13 years in total, working within the South African Police
Service environment in which time I have occupied various positions within different
departments, Head Office working as a Secretary as a Civilian. I joined the Service in
2000, worked on Station level and joined the Specialized Unit: Vehicle Theft Unit:
Pretoria where I worked 9 years functioning as a Detective, investigating Hi-jacking
cases, vehicle theft cases, accidents and all other duties ranging from administration
duties to personal assistant, assisting Insurance companies and assessors with their
investigations and with the uplifment-process of vehicles
I ended up working very closely with all insurance companies and loss adjusters in the
motoring industries on a daily basis.
My whole career has been a highly challenging and pressurized environment with high
volumes and performance targets to meet and my tenacity, self-motivation, results
driven and ability to work effectively and ability to focused under pressure enabled me
to excel and consistently performing at a high level of expectation.
I am keen to keep on developing myself and love to take up challenges in life and even
more rewarding to succeed. I am a fast learner and given the skills and knowledge that
