These slides are from a talk I gave recently at the USC Teaching with Technology conference. My panel specifically dealt with some of the ways in which recent research in neuroscience and cognitive studies impacts education. Media scholars ought to concern themselves with brain science since we know that what we see impacts brain function as well as its formation (via neuroplasticity).
