This document summarizes a study on survival outcomes of 757 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent radical surgery. The main findings are: 1) The 5-year survival rate was 73.1%, 10-year was 64.4%, and 20-year was 42.8%. Factors significantly affecting survival included cancer stage, lymph node involvement, and use of adjuvant therapy. 2) Patients with early-stage cancer had a 5-year survival of 100% compared to 62.3% for invasive cancer.
