Objective:
To identify partnership building and sustaining opportunities for
innovative services with the support of the Glob@l Libraries –
Bulgaria Program:
 Assess existing partnerships of GLB target libraries
 Collect and distribute partnership ideas, experience and good
practices
 Identify strategic national and local level partners for the
adoption of new services
 Support libraries in building new partnerships
