Регионална библиотека „Любен Каравелов“ – Русе проведе кръгла маса „Потенциалът на библиотеките за културен туризъм“на 27 май 2020 г.
Целта на кръглата маса е да постави фокус и запознае заинтересованите лица и медиите с всички дейности на библиотеката за създаване на потенциал за развитие на културния туризъм като инструмент за устойчиво развитие.
В рамките на събитието ще бъде представен проект „Ролята на обществените библиотеки за популяризиране на културно-историческото наследство“.
Форумът се организира в рамките на проект „Ролята на обществените библиотеки за популяризиране на културно-историческото наследство“, финансиран от Национален фонд „Култура“ по програма „Културно наследство“ Модул „Културни индустрии и културен туризъм“.
„Летни ателиета в библиотеката“ разглежда основни индустриални и културни процеси в древния свят в зараждането на съвременната цивилизация, представени като творчески ателиета игри за млади участници, създаващи собствена игрова платформа за разиграване на алтернативни варианти за протичането на културния феномен в каменната, медната и бронзовата епоха до утвърждаването на тукашната култура като стабилна опора на човечеството през античност и класика.

The Librar-e Turkey Project is a 28-month pilot project involving 26 provinces and 52 district libraries across Turkey. It aims to promote public libraries and librarianship in Turkey. 4. ОБЩИНА САНДАНСКИ
Община Сандански (1002 кв. км,
население 46113) е най-голямата в
Благоевградска област, като
обхваща 54 селища – градовете
Сандански и Мелник и 52 села.
5. МИНЕРАЛНИ ИЗВОРИ
Водите на Санданска община представляват
неоценимо природно богатство. Освен реките
и езерата, от голямо значение са и групите
минерални извори Сандански, Левуновски,
Хотовски и Катунски, които са лековити за
изключително широк кръг от заболявания. В
най-голяма степен се използват минералните
води в Сандански – за балнеолечение и в
Катунци, където се бутилира марката
“Преподобна Стойна”.
6. Сандански е град с древна история
Археологически паметник на културата с
национално значение е античният и
късноатничен град под днешния Сандански, в
рамките на който трябва да се споменат
Епископската базилика и Базиликата на Свети
Йоан, както и Раннохристиянският комплекс.
Части от обектите са експонирани на открито,
част са включени в Археологическия музей, който
разполага и с най-голямата в България колекция
от римска надгробна мраморна пластика.

8. Сандански – туристически град
• В града са изградени голям брой хотели (над
30), семейни и големи хотелски комплекси с
обща леглова база около 4 000 места. Сред
големите хотелски комплекси има един 5-
звезден, два 4-звездни и три 3-звездни.
Отделно от тях, в Сандански се предлагат и
много частни квартири. В града функционират и
два санаториума, които имат изключително
висока посещаемост през цялата година. През
2010 г. град Сандански спечели конкурсите
"Отлична туристическа дестинация на България"
и "Спа дестинация на България".

21. ПИРИН ФОЛК
• Вече 20 години Сандански е домакин на
фестивала “Пирин фолк” – фестивал на
авторски и автентични песни с
македонско звучене. Във фестивала
участват изпълнители, както от
България, така и от Балканските
страни.

24. Първото издание на БМФ се провежда в Габрово, благодарение на
ентусиазма на много млади доброволци. През 2005 г. фестивалът се
мести в Сандански – точно в сърцето на Балканите, близо до Гърция и
Македония

26. Библиотека - Сандански
Библиотеката при НЧ „Отец Паисий -
1919” е централна общинска библиотека
за община Сандански. Тя е и методичен
център за всички останали библиотеки
на територията на общината. Фондът на
Библиотеката е 122 213, от тях 115 207
са книги, 3 283 са периодични издания.
Некнижните са - 1417, нотни, графични
издания и др. издания са 2 306.

28. ПРОЕКТ ГЛОБАЛНИ БИБЛИОТЕКИ
• Спечеленият през 2010 г. проект „Глобални
библиотеки - България” допринесе много за
увеличаване на интереса на гражданите към
Библиотеката. Библиотеката беше оборудвана
с 13 компютъра, снабдени с най-новите
версии на софтуерните продукти на
„Майкрософт”, мултимедия с екран, цветен
принтер и мултифункционално устройство,
подвижен компютър (лаптоп). Бяха оборудвани
13 места за читателите, където те имат
безплатен достъп до Интернет услуги. Така
предоставените услуги увеличиха посещенията
в библиотеката с около 4 000 спрямо 2010 г.
31. ОБУЧЕНИЕ НА БИБЛИОТЕКАРИ
През месеците октомври, ноември и
декември
2011 г. в нашата библиотеката бяха
проведени
обучения на библиотечни работници от
общините Сандански, Петрич и
Струмяни.
Обучението беше организирано по проект
„Глобални библиотеки - България”. Над 20

37. ЧИТАТЕЛИ
Библиотеката обслужва читатели от
цялата община Сандански. Имаме и
читатели от други, съседни общини. В
града има 4 основни училища и 4
професионални гимназии, затова и
основната група читатели са ученици и
студенти – 60% от общия брой
читатели.

39. МЕРОПРИЯТИЯ
• В Библиотеката се провеждат много
културни мероприятия, посветени на
годишнини, исторически събития,
мероприятия с образователна цел.
Традиционно всяка година се провежда
Празник на мартеницата, Ритуал с
първокласниците, открити уроци, детски
утра, срещи с творци на културата и
науката. Всяка година участваме в
Националната библиотечна седмица, която
се провежда около 24 май.
