2. SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPATING IN DOMESTIC FAIRS
Aim: Support for participation in expertise and international
expertise fairs in the country and İzmir International Fair,
determined by KOSGEB from among the annual domestic fair
schedule communication published in the Official Gazette and
the web site by TOBB, in order to enable the enterprises to
increase their market shares, acknowledge their competitors,
obtain information on new products and technologies and
establish a brand image for their products.
Expenses included: stand rent, stand construction and
decoration, fair catalog, hostess, general promotion, security,
cleaning and other expenses related to the organization of the
fairground.

Upper limit for one fair:
• For international expertise fairs : 120 TL/m²,
• For expertise fairs and İzmir International Fair: 80 TL/m²,
• For stand : 50 m² in each fair, it can be increased up to 100
m² for the fairs related to machinery, furniture, marble, etc.

4. SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPATION IN
BUSINESS TRIPS ABROAD
Aim: Support to enterprises for their participation in
business trips abroad which are organized by KOSGEB,
sectoral institutions and organizations that are the
members of TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel
Agencies) to the countries approved by KOSGEB, so that
they can, according to their own targets, carry out
research for direct exports/imports, technological, joint
investment, financial and similar cooperation possibilities,
direct bilateral business deals with potential importing
enterprise representatives, determine on site the
consumer preferences and the price level of the product,
obtain information on the economic structure and
industrial situation and hence open up to international
cooperation environment.

5. SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPATION IN BUSINESS TRIPS
ABROAD
Expenses included: Accomodation, transportation, and
other expenses related to business trips, e.g. translation,
interpretation, fair entrance fee, meeting, organizational
expenses
Upper limit for one business trip: 2.000 TL
Upper limit for the program: 10.000 TL for 3 years.
Support rate: 50% for 1. and 2. regions,
60% for 3. and 4. regions

6. PROMOTION SUPPORT
Aim: Support to the enterprises for the activities
they will carry out in order to promote their enterprises
and products within the country and abroad.
The enterprises that have the registration certificate for
trademark can apply for this support.
Expenses included: Brochure and product catalog
expenses, labelled promotion CD expenses and
advertising expenses for the published or
distributed printed publications

7. PROMOTION SUPPORT
Upper limit for each brochure and product catalog expenses/
labelled promotion CD expenses/ advertising expenses for
the published or distributed printed publications: 5.000 TL
Upper limit for the program: 15.000 TL for 3 years.
Support rate: 50% for 1. and 2. regions,
60% for 3. and 4. regions

8. BUSINESS MATCHING SUPPORT
Aim: Support for the expenses related to the services specified
below, that will be received from the business matching centers
which have been established abroad within the context of
KOSGEB business matching center models and that have been
approved by KOSGEB, in order to serve the enterprises in their
orientation to foreign trade, joint production/ investment and
similar international cooperation, enable them to compete in
international markets and obtain a share.
The services that will be provided by the business
matching centers have been divided into three groups

9. BUSINESS MATCHING SUPPORT
Consultancy services: In this context, market research, fair
research, machinery/workbench research, contract
evaluation/research, competition research, request
characteristics research, local legislation research, research for
financial resources, joint investment/feasibility study, joint
investment/contract preparation, technology research, human
resources research, specialist/technical specialist research and
similar services are included.
Organizational services: In this context, supply of office
devices such as projection and computer, phone, fax, internet
service, organization of commercial visits abroad, change of
license, aid in driver/vehicle rental, banking/insurance/security
services, meeting room rental, visa/invitation letter preparation
service, hotel reservation service, aid in obtaining residency
permission, interpretation, translation services,
participation / representation services in fairs, guidance and

similar services are included.
10. BUSINESS MATCHING SUPPORT
Permanent exhibition/showroom services: In this
context, standard stand construction, standard stand
decoration, the two-way transportation of the products
between the local depot and the permanent
exhibition/showroom area, the unloading-storing-
loading expenses of the products abroad, as well as
general security, general cleaning of the Permanent
exhibition/showroom area, the customs procedures of
the products as well as the transportation insurance
procedures abroad and similar services are included.
Upper limit for the program: 15.000 TL for 3 years.
Support rate: 50% for 1. and 2. regions,
60% for 3. and 4. regions

11. KOSGEB BUSINESS MATCHING CENTER MODELS
KOSGEB Business Matching Center Models has been put into
effect with the Execution Committee Decision dated 17.12.2004.
The term “EŞMER” is the abbreviation of “Business Matching
Center” and under the protection of the decree law numbered
556 in sub-clause h and k of item 7/1.
4 Business Matching Centers were establihed with the framework
of KOSGEB Business Matching Center Models, however, the
agreements of 2 were terminated due to their failure to meet
the liabilities.

12. KOSGEB BUSINESS MATCHING CENTER MODELS
Business Matching Centers have been established abroad within
the context of KOSGEB Business Matching Center Models and
that have been approved by KOSGEB, in order to serve the
enterprises in their orientation to foreign trade, joint production/
investment and similar international cooperation, enable them to
compete in international markets and obtain a share.
The services provided by the Business Matching Centers are
divided into three groups:
• Consultancy services
• Organizational services
• Permanent exhibition/showroom services

13. KOSGEB BUSINESS MATCHING CENTER MODELS
KOSGEB Business Matching Center Models have been designed
for 2 different models.
In the context of Model I, Consultancy services and
Organizational services are provided to SMEs by Business
Matching Centers.
In the context of Model II, Consultancy services, Organizational
services and Permanent exhibition/showroom services are
provided to SMEs by Business Matching Centers.

14. DESIGN SUPPORT
Aim: Support for the expenses related to design services
purchased for product design.
It is required to obtain patent, beneficial model certificate,
industrial design registration certificate or integrated circuit
topographies registration certificate.
Upper limit for the program: 15.000 TL for 3 years.
Support rate: 50% for 1. and 2. regions,
60% for 3. and 4. regions

15. SUPPORT FOR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Aim: Support for the expenses that will be required for
obtaining patent, beneficial model certificate, industrial
design registration certificate, integrated circuit topographies
registration certificate and trademark registration certificate
from Turkish Patent Institute or equivalent institutes abroad,
patent lawyer expenses and trademark lawyer expenses.
Upper limit for the program: 20.000 TL for 3 years.
Support rate: 50% for 1. and 2. regions,
60% for 3. and 4. regions

16. SUPPORT FOR TEST, ANALYSIS AND CALIBRATION
Aim: Support provided for the test, analysis, and calibration
services that are carried out laboratories established by public
institutions or universities and accredited services given by
laboratories within the country and abroad.
Upper limit for the program: 20.000 TL for 3 years.
Support rate: 50% for 1. and 2. regions,
60% for 3. and 4. regions
