6. GREEN TEA
Green tea is the herald of spring, a sign
that anticiptes rejuvenation of the earth.
This tea is minimally altered by man and is
known by different names in some parts
of the world. For example, Gyokuro is the
connoisseur's Japanese green tea with
flavours that stimulates the palate and
engages all senses. Also, Matcha is one of
the more intricately manufactured green
teas.
7. BLACK TEA
Although, most people aren’t aware of
the huge variety of teas, black tea is
the one they are most familiar with. This
tea is renowned by its red liquid and
aromatic scent. The basic procedure of
making black tea includes withering,
rolling, fermentation, and drying.
Among them, fermentation is the most
significant as it defines the quality of
the tea.
8. WHITE TEA
White tea, produced from the youngest tea
leaves is processed minimally. This tea can
be a solution to ageing skin as it encourages
longer moisture retention for your skin. It
also allows cells to release toxins and flush
them out of your system promptly. This can
result in a brighter and more even
complexion.
