She is an Executive coach, a Business Advisor
and an Entrepreneur with an experience of over
22 years. A Post Graduate in Analytical
Chemistry from Mumbai University, a Post
Graduate in Business Administration from
Southern New Hampshire University , an
Advanced Management Program from the Indian
School of Business, (ISB) Hyderabad and an
Erickson Certified Coach, she engages with C-
Suite leaders and founders of SMEs as their
thinking partners, facilitating them to solve
strategic business challenges, restructuring the
businesses and helps enhance team performances
and personal productivity. In the capacity as an
Executive Coach she has been working with
senior leaders across verticals in areas of
developmental coaching, transition coaching and
high-potential coaching. With her industry
agnostics, general management capabilities and
understanding of human behavior her focus is to
help senior leaders unlock their value by
partnering with them to strategically leverage
their inner potential. Parallely in her current role
as an Entrepreneur, she is helping her family
business, Kesari Infrabuild Pvt Ltd, an
environmental consultancy and engineering firm
to get an outside in view, set strategic direction
and put the business on a growth trajectory. To
unleash the creative potential of her personality
she indulges in creative pursuits like painting &
academic writing in areas of her passion like
human behavior, neuroscience
Her work in the space of Executive education for
over 4 years with the Indian School of Business
(ISB), gave her tremendous insights into the
challenges that companies face in uncertain times
and how knowledge on the best practices can
provide insights into solving some of these
challenges. Her work with DDI in space of Talent
management consulting has exposed her to the
world of behavioral psychology and how the same
can be leveraged to address leadership issues and
overall human resource development. In DDI she
has worked on projects related to hi potential
development, succession management using
various tools like competency based assessment
and personality inventories like Hogans and
Thomas Profiling. For almost 8 years, in her stint
with Aptech Ltd, as part of the International
Business, she has worked with business leaders
across the globe to understand business context and
challenges and also worked with cross cultural
teams on projects related to capacity building,
learning & development and cultural change.
Having worked across developed and emerging
economies including India, China, U.S, South
Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey,
Philippines, Maldives, she has served global clients
across business sectors, government and academia
& economics
