This document proposes solutions to improve the system and portal for two faculties at a university. It identifies problems with irregularly updated student information, difficult course material downloads, and poor communication between students and lecturers. The proposed solutions include developing the portal with an assignment dropbox, announcements, messaging capabilities, and student groups. Hiring a system administrator and integrating all services across the portal would improve control, management, and collaboration within the faculties. The document concludes the current system lacks proper communication and services, but the solutions could enable more convenient interaction between lecturers and students.
