The friends and family of caregivers comprise the target
audience for 2nd Circle
• Many family caregivers need more help from their "2nd Circle" of
support (their family and friends)
• These people often want to help, but don't know how, are separated
geographically from the caregiver, or face other obstacles
• The 2nd Circle app provides an easy and inviting way to connect

versions of the app, and (2) build a critical mass of users

sources
• ADS:
From companies wishing to sell their products to caregivers and their
families and friends (durable medical, services, technology)
• “FREEMIUM”
Basic features of 2nd Circle will be free to users, premium features
only available to subscribers
• PER-MEMBER-PER-MONTH FEE
Paid by health insurance companies to provide their customers with a
premium-featured, branded app to:
• Reduce cost of care (preventing just one admission will pay for 1,000 app users for
1 year)
• Improve policyholder retention
