A user creates a community for themselves or another

The community creator invites family, friends, church
members, etc. to join the community.

You create a subdomain (care.ABCHomeCare.com) which is directed to
our server.
When a community creator registers through your subdomain you
become the sponsor for the community. Consequently, we brand
every page and every email notification that goes out to members with
your logo and/or your company name. (See ABC Home Care below)

At the top of every page and on the side bar, your logo
and name will appear. It will also be linked to a profile
page that will include your office phone number and a
referral form. This referral form will go to any
designated office you choose.

to a community member, it includes your company

 Willing to review the service offering and give feedback, good or bad
through the Linkedin.com Care-n-Share User Subgroup.
 Willing to implement it in the field and discuss obstacles and success
 Implement the service on a month to month basis assuming it delivers
enhanced branding, referrals, improved client relations and reduced
admin expense.
All Beta test agency offices will not pay any installation fees. Any usage or monthly fees will be
waived for 2 months following satisfactory completion of the beta rollout. It is also understood
that BestHomeHealthCare.com Inc. owns all intellectual property rights to the service offering
described including but not limited to software and product logos. Cost for the service will be
agreed upon and set by the company and beta test users. Is that simple or what!
