retested by nitrogen gas before charging the

Neoprene sheets, RCC blocks, Minimum
distance should be maintained).
Proper communication with BSES and other
agencies.
36. Proper patrolling of pipeline by patrolling guard.
Reporting by patrolling guard is very important,
train and test patrolling guard.
Intimation should be given to the various
authorities like DJB , DTL, BSES, MCD, DDA, etc
prior to construction work.
Depute IGL representative on 3rd party work
specifically on HDD REAMER,PILLING, JCB,
BORING.
Markers should be properly maintained near
steel gas line with contact no. provided so that
3rd party could contact before excavation.
