About Me
Hello Everyone!
I am Khandakar Shojibul Alam, C/O Khandakar Mamtazul Alam & Ms. Monira Begum from Rajshahi
division in Bangladesh. I am married and also a father of a son. I am HR (Shared Service) professional
and HRIS developer. I am also a Member of Bangladesh Society of Human Resource Management.
Hardworking, Learning and developing new things is the main moto of my personal and professional
life. I want to join with any dynamic work environment. I love to face challenge because without
challenge in work, that work is not enjoyable. I love to build a community for better understand the
current world situation. I am always trying to maximize my knowledge about HR and HR
functionalities.
I am technology oriented. Now a days in twenty century, HR is going to Data Driven approaches and
depend on Database System for HR operation. Business Intelligence and Agile Approaches are very
much effective for HR work. And I am trying to learn about BI and Agile System.
And I am always trying to add new technology and new method with my daily work as a professional
and also my personal life. Because of my computer engineering background, its helps me lot to
