BARE MINIMALIST – DOT WORKSHOP
Dalam merancang sebuah rumah tinggal ada beberapa hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan, baik hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan estetika dan karakter bangunan yang ingin dibentuk, maupun hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan persoalan teknis yang harus dicari solusi desainnya.
Pada perancangan hunian rumah tinggal ini, Realrich Sjarief dan pemilik bangunan, Charles Wiriawan selaku berkolaborasi dengan baik untuk mewujudkan karakter desain yang diharapkan. Kolaborasi yang baik tersebut tercermin dari kerjasama kedua belah pihak dalam menghasilkan desain. Arsitek fokus terhadap pembentukan karakter arsitektural rumah, adapun pemilik rumah memberikan sentuhan personalnya melalui penataan interiornya.
Hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan desain arsitektural tentunya berkaitan erat dengan konteks lingkungan, kebutuhan penghuni, serta kenyamanan penghuni. Ketiga hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap bentuk massa bangunan, orientasi bangunan, desain selubung bangunan, organisasi ruang, hingga pengolahan detail-detail. Konsep arsitektur rumah tinggal ini muncul dari pertimbangan di atas. Respon terhadap lokasi lahan terlihat dari bentuk massa bangunan yang didesain menghadap ke timur-utara dan selatan, untuk menghindari terik matahari, terutama terik matahari di sore hari. Rumah yang mengahadap timur ini pun mendapatkan cahaya matahari pagi yang maksimal. Namun pada selubung bangunan, tim arsitek mendesain teritisan agar pada pukul 11. 00 disaat suhu udara mulai naik, terik matahari tidak dapat masuk ke dalam ruangan. Selubung bangunan dirancang dengan pertimbangan penuh terhadap akses cahaya matahari ke dalam ruangan. Adapun finishing eksteriornya menggunakan GRC dan acian semen sebagai ekspresi estetis dan kemudahan dalam perawatan.
Selain menahan panas matahari dengan menggunakan teritisan, tim arsitek juga merancang foyer di bagian tengah rumah yang berfungsi sebagai cerobong udara untuk merespon air stacking effect dan cross air ventilation. Cerobong udara ini membantu udara panas yang ada di dalam rumah ini keluar melalui celah – celah kaca yang telah diberi jarak sebelumnya. Pada saat siang hari pencahayaan dapat dihadirkan langsung oleh sinar matahari sehingga tidak perlu menyalakan lampu di dalam rumah.
Selain itu, rumah ini menggunakan konsep open plan yang di terapkan pada lantai satu, yaitu penggabungan ruang tamu dan dapur. Adapun ruangan yang bersifat privat berada di lantai dua. Tim arsitek juga merancang jarak langit-langit rumah setinggi 3 meter dengan tujuan memberikan kesan lapang. Ruang tamu, ruang makan, dan dapur yang dirancang menyatu dirancang berdasarkan efisiensi ruang, yaitu sirkulasi koridor 20% dan ruang utama 70%.

Some of the most commonly used agile software development methods/frameworks are: Adaptive Software Development (ASD), Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and Kanban.

In many ways, the Agile Manifesto gives us a road-map and lays a firm foundation for efficient software development.
There are naysayers among those who swear by traditional methods; but these criticisms do not hold water because the
entire agile movement rests on robust methodologies and concepts. So what does this augur for the future? No one can
tell with certainty.
Agility encompasses believing and relying on one's ability to respond to unpredictable events, rather than banking on the
competence to indulge in pre-planning. At the end of the day, the methodologies remind us that even though we create
