EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
April 2016- Present. Capstone Intelligent Solutions
I am currently working as a senior project and maintenance support engineer, for all Avaya
red products, CM3 up to CM7 and everything that is incorporated in the red UC environment.
Project work is on customer’s sites and support work from home, with occasional visits to the
London office.
The usual criteria applies to this position:
Good customer facing skills
Professionalism at all times
Good knowledge of all the products implemented and supported.
Keeping accreditations up to date and undertaking training when necessary, unfortunately this
has been on a restricted basis due to budget implications.
Since joining Capstone I have worked on several projects at Avaya Aura release 7, including
100% virtual environment installs as well as SBCE SIP trunking and remote worker solutions.
I have recently had some Cisco administration experience on CUCM versions 8-10. Although
not as experienced as on the Avaya CM, I can administer CUCM to a proficient level and
would welcome more training to be able to implement the system from the beginning to the
end of a project.
April 2015- April 2016. London and Quadrant Housing
I was employed by L&Q Housing as a Senior IT Infrastructure Voice Engineer.
L&Q are the biggest housing association in London with over 70,000 properties.
I was employed to look after the existing Avaya voice infrastructure and lead the tender

associations, the upgrade project has had its budget cut and the upgrade may not be
proceeding as planned.
I therefore looked for another more challenging role.

Aura CM
System manager
