always comes to the meetings well prepared and ready to work. Ken's experience working with robots at Nissan makes him a very
valuable member of this committee. Ken is very good at communicating to members on this committee with less experience working
with robots, why he believes a concept is a good one or not. The members of this committee have come to rely on Ken's judgment and
experience in drafting language for this safety standard.” January 20, 2011

“I first met Ken when I joined the Robotic Industries Association (RIA) robot safety standard committee about 5 years ago. He stood
out in the committee as one of the members with a lot of hands on experience with the requirements specifications and installation of
robots and robot systems. At Nissan, Ken insures that robot safety is a key ingredient in the design of cells and not an after thought
after all the other requirements are met. In my work I use the standard every day, and it’s people like Ken whose many years of hands
on experience and push to keeps things simple make the standard what it is today.” January 7, 2012
