SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT
Management, monitoring and controlling of the Project works in respect to the Project Schedules; in order to achieve in-
time completion within Budget and at the required level of quality
Development of initial Project schedule at early Project stage (Master schedule for all sub-schedules following) that
integrates Design, Procurement and Construction of the Project. Once approved by the Client, the initial Project schedule is
the basis for monitoring the progress of design, procurement and construction activities. The initial Project schedule is
updated on monthly basis, with actual data comparison against the baseline
During procurement, the initial Project schedule will be used for defining of interim milestones and the overall construction
period. The Initial Project schedule will be used as the tool for the assessment of tender proposals received from bidders.
