Airswift’s robust managed solutions services
address the challenges this complexity presents.
From recruiting and mobilising entire
multi-discipline teams, to integrating a
technology-focused approach and supply-chain
management, our support teams take on as much
of our clients’ workforce organisation burden
as possible.
Our vast and unrivalled experience in the industries
we serve enables us to tailor solutions to match any
situation or project scope. We have developed two
primary offerings, Managed Service Provision (MSP)
and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), to
work either as a hybrid solution or as standalone
services. Both can evolve as our clients’ needs
change.
Our Managed Solutions are delivered by Singular, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Airswift.
Managed Service Provision (MSP)
Singular works closely with our customers to build,
organise and manage their contingent workforce.
Our experts initiate a detailed evaluation of the
existing contractor engagement model, which
includes a review of supplier services and margins,
and the benchmarking of contractor rates against
the market.
Our industry knowledge allows us to make
recommendations that can deliver immediate
payback through reduced costs, enhanced
productivity and lower compliance risks. We then
design and implement the MSP programme, and
recommend the best Vendor Management System
(VMS) technology partner to complement
the programme.
After implementation, Singular mobilises an
MSP delivery team that takes full responsibility
for supplier and contractor management,
which works closely with our clients to drive
continuous improvement.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
By working closely with clients and adopting their
culture, Singular builds scalable, fully-integrated
on-site recruitment models. We conduct a thorough
analysis of our clients’ current recruitment
processes, and make informed recommendations to
maximise their technology and workforce plans.
We take responsibility for any or all related
activities, from sourcing, assessment and screening,
to evaluation and on-boarding new staff.
Implementation can take from four to twelve weeks,
depending on the scale and scope of the work.
Once implementation is complete, Singular takes
full accountability for the management of the
