Responsibilities:
 Operations & Maintenance:
a) 24/7 operation and maintenance of the BSS and transmission network (700+
BTS), supervision of path creation, modification and other operational issues,
acceptance works as a zonal engineer.
b) Execute with the team to ensure Substation, Generator, Automatic Voltage
Regulator (AVR), Distribution Power maintenance, AC, DC power maintenance
& optimum utilization of the infrastructure, power & environment.
c) Planning and executing Cost effective solution for Periodic and Corrective
maintenance work (Analyzing feedback from Cost Control and Supply-chain
team in different OpEx related issues and to provide them with a relevant
technical solution)
d) Supervise BSS Network infrastructure, power Environment, safety & security
element maintenance vendor activities through regular report
(weekly/monthly/quarterly etc.).
e) Supervise maintenance of vendor’s performance analysis & Bill processing for
payment.
f) Support in the procurement process through technical specification finalization
& evaluation.

maintenance Budget and keeping update of OPEX, CAPEX flow.
j) Various type of alarm handling related to BTS, BSC & MW.
k) Keep the regional network availability, quality and MTTR(Mean Time To
Recovery).
l) Mobiserve FLM KPI Reporting Monthly.
m) Daily Average DG RH for NCP Sites.
n) Daily quality TT, Less TRX follow-up.
o) Produce reports in terms of TT/SLA/outages, vendor SLA , fuel etc.
p) Maintain relationships with customer, site building owners as well as power
authority and other stakeholders.
q) Change Request/Work order Handling/Execution All over Bangladesh.
r) Produce relevant report for Network Incidences/Outages.
s) Escalate problem to vendor when necessary in accordance with time frame.
 Project co-ordination:
a) Follow up and coordination the 2G modernization, AoIP and GboIP project for
all over Bangladesh.
b) Follow up and coordination the 2G /3G swap project for all Over Bangladesh.
c) Follow up, coordination and report generating of Capacity Upgradation (TRX,
Abis E1, WBBP card, PCU addition etc.) project all over Bangladesh.
d) Follow up 2G E1 migration and MW dismantles all over Bangladesh.
e) Lead SVR up-gradation projects of BSC, BTS, ADM/SDH & PDH equipment
f) Participation for BSC and BTS swap projects form Ericsson to Huawei
BSC6000 and BTS3900 at Chittagong region.
g) Report generation on weekly progress of assigned BSC/BTS, SDH/PDH
projects.
h) Generate report as per management requirement
 Work Order executions:
a) Installation and commissioning of new BSC, BTS, MW link for PDH/SDH,
 PAT papers verification, corrective measures for discrepancies:
a) Checking of PO PAC/PO FAC/PAT documents submitted by different vendors
after project/job implementations. Verify with actual network resources to find out the
discrepancy and notify the respective vendor to take corrective measures.
b) Maintain and time to time update database of PO/PAT documents
 Reporting activity & weekly follow up:
a) Report generation on executed work orders (both HW & SW)
b) Monthly report generation on the status of total ON Aired BSC, BTS, PDH
equipment.
