Responsibilitie

Key Activities handled during role of Senior Executive-Quality Engineer:
 Responsible for high quality assurance for Electrical Equipment
like IPMS, PIU, SMPS, BB & EB AT work and maintaining a very
good standard of installation and commissioning of all the assets
at site to improve the overall quality.
 Conduct periodic Quality inspections for Electrical & Civil works
done for the New built Sites & Upgraded sites as per given
guidelines and checklist provided.
 Responsibility to clear Punch points along with Deployment team
within SLA and declare FAT before declaring RFI sites
 To verify Measurement report sheet as per the BIL BOQs.
 Train Vendors to improve the quality of electrical and civil work
to increase FTR ratio.
 Regular feedback (Daily & Weekly) to Site progress and issues, if
any.
 Carry out other Site inspections, Surveys and Audits as per
requirements by technical and other departments.

2. • Special projects:
 Also associated with the P7 projects like DCFCU, DCDG, Variable-
ACDG, Solar Panel installation, BB-hybrid and Li-ion batteries and
other energy saving initiatives, including their installation,
commissioning and the operation to ensure the high quality work at
the site.
• Pre-dispatch inspection
 Associated with the PDI of the refurbished DG sets(10kVA,
15kVA,25kVA ,30 kVA) by testing them on various parameters like
load testing, alarm testing, frequency testing, etc.
 Also responsible for the PDI of the refurbished transformers at
vendors warehouse by doing their open circuit, short circuit, DVDF,
HV and oil and ratio tests.
• Responsible for the load testing at the site, done with the help of the power
analyser to study the active load variation during the day and night.
• Maintenance/Testing
 Maintenance of LT,HT Panel also done with Testing Knowledge
about the power generation& distribution 66kv to 33kV,33kV to
11kV
 Testing of Transformer efficiency ,HV,LV ,Regulation &losses 5kva
to up 30 kVA,

• 1 month training under the Deployment function.
 Tech process, Project creation, MRN, RFI and CIT closure
• 1 month training under the SCM function.
 Tech process, warehouse management, scrap management.
 Mini project on installation of DCEM and ALARM BOXES at RBSC sites
• 1 month training under the technical function(planning & quality).
 Tech process, BOQs creation, feasibility checking, oracle database work.
• 3 months training under the O&M function.
• PROJECTS:
 Integration of total 16 Alarms including 4 Critical alarms and their
operation at sites
 RH & Metering compliance.
