• Monitoring and escalation of WCDMA, GSM and transmission network faults using automated
instantaneous and periodic SMS notifications.
• Analyzing different KPI reports and suggesting required parameter changes.
• Unintentional site outage and the identification of most likely causes including power supply,
intermittent BTS radio failure, humidity, and sending trouble ticket to concerned department.
• Alarm DB upload and synchronize alarms in Network Elements and in Net Act for reflecting actual
alarm status in the n/w.
• Preventive maintenance on various alarm pipes, buffers and processes in NetAct.
• Planning effect preventive maintenance schedules of Telecom equipments for increasing the

3. • Diagnosis, troubleshooting & analysis of various N/W issues in Nokia BSS having BSC (3i, Hi-cap &
Flexi) BTS (ultra, flexi, metro & multi radio) equipment’s, FIU, Metro Hub Etc. with minimum
breakdown time.
• Fault management (alarm analysis) of BTS systems and action accordingly. Coordination with the
RF team for maintaining network KPI’s. To provide technical support to bss configuration
management and performance management.
• Parameter changes on Node B's.
• Software/Hardware Upgrades/Expansions on Node B's via Netact and Local connection.
• Responsible of all issues of scripting, creating/ deleting sites and TRX expansions.

 Bss system up gradation (Hardware & Software) in NOKIA BSS having BSC (3i, Hi-cap & Flexi) and
BTS (Flexi, Ultra, metro & multiradio).

configuration of GB over IP, PCU pooling, OSS over IP.
 Routine health checkup and preventive maintenance checks of BSC (3i, Hi-cap & FLEXI,) daily
monitoring of alarms, stats & their analysis by using DX200 computing platform
Project Planning:-
§ Predicting, monitoring site reports or day-to-day achievements.
§ Ensuring effective site maintenance and discipline to ensure timely execution of the projects O&M work
with safe & proper standards of quality and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety).
