This recipe is for Chuletas a la jardinera, a Puerto Rican dish of pork chops cooked with vegetables. The ingredients include pork chops, peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, olives, capers, tomato sauce, vinegar, potatoes, bay leaves and pumpkin. The first step is to brown the pork chops in a pot with vinegar, bay leaves, peppers, olive oil, tomatoes, onions, olives and capers. In the second step, once the chops are almost done, potatoes and pumpkin are added to the pot to finish cooking altogether.
