To Whom It May Concern:
I had the pleasure of working with Joe for almost 3 months when he was a Production Technician at
Dedicated Computing. During this time Joe quickly and proficiently became one of the most skilled
technicians on our team. Joe was also on track to be one of our most powerful associates on our
entire production floor.
Joe joined the company with an already impressive technical skill set but I was most impressed by
his drive and enthusiasm. Joe was not only capable of performing his duties, but went out of his
way to learn and understand why he was doing them in order to better comprehend our processes
and products. Joe quickly earned my trust and I began to teach and trust him with more advanced
responsibilitiesoutside of his standard duties.
My favorite example of Joe’s work ethic and attitude was when our team was met with a spike of
significant failures in our products, which we later found out affected over 3.5 milliondollars of
inventory. Joe took the initiative to not only collaborate with our engineeringdepartment to help
find a solution but he also helpedtrain our team so we could continue operating.
I wish Joe nothing but the best in his future endeavors and will continue to hold him in high regard.
He will no doubt become a valuable asset whereverhe goes. I welcome any questions or
conversation so please feel free to contact me directly at 414-517-5506 or @
