JOB SPECIFICATION: E-CASH SYSTEMS
HR ADMINISTRATOR – 02 JANUARY 2010 – 20 MAY 2011
Position 1: HR Administrator
Recruitment and Selection
 Assist with Recruitment process as required
 Receive job specifications from the relevant manager and placing it in correct
format
 Draft Advertisements
 Ensure Invoices are received and paid as per the finance policy
 Assist with screening CV’s and keeping record of all applications
 Arrange interviews accordingly
 Draft Regret and Offer Letters
 Assist with conducting reference checks and credit checks
Induction
 Ensure all staff members are properly orientated
 Draft contract of employments for all new staff members
 Ensure a comprehensive welcome pack is put together before new recruit arrives
Performance Management
 Assist with the updating of performance review forms
 List training needs from review forms for HR Manager to assess
Training and Skills Development
 Keep an up to date training database
 Assist with the arrangements for training to take place
 Ensure evaluation forms, attendance registers and training costing is up to date
 Assist with finding training providers
Employment Equity and BEE
 Assist with the general documentation of all EE and BEE activities as required
 Assist with facilitating the process of starting a EE Committee – follow all
necessary procedures
 All administrative tasks related to the EE Plan
General HR Admin
 Ensure all staff files are kept up to date
 Ensure an up to date leave register is kept
 Manage medical aid changes and schedules
 Check and authorise monthly payroll summary
 Liaise with SETA and DOL
 Assist with Workplace Skills Plan.
