18. Findings
The job facilities like other jobs are not very much available.
The promotion process is slow.
The salary that get by the professionals are lower than their qualification and
experience.
The professionals do not get proper evaluation of their expertise and experience.
Social value of the profession is not satisfactory.
Library rules and policies are not very much up-to-date that is affecting the job of the
professionals.
They do not get sufficient IT facilities for their career development.
19. Recommendation
Professional dissimilarities have to be removed.
The salary has to be increased basis of their qualification and
experience.
Promotions of the employee have to be made easier and offered in
due time.
Facilities for necessary training to increase their expertise in their
relevant field should be made available and ensured.
