Job Gateway 7.9 Release Overview
The December release of JobGatewaySM includes several enhancements aimed at improving user experience for employers and job seekers, such as allowing employers to save searches and receive email alerts with new options and settings. Features like self-service password management, streamlined job posting processes, and integration with 'Big Interview' have also been implemented to facilitate smoother registration and interview preparation. - 11. 11 JOBGATEWAYSM >> DECEMBERRELEASE OVERVIEW – HIGHLIGHTS & FEATURES Saved Search and Subscription Service Manage Saved Searches and Alerts Notes 1 2 Employer is notified as to the current number of Saved Searches out of a maximum of 10 2 1 Employers are able to update the search criteria used in a given saved search by choosing the ‘Edit Search Criteria’ option 3 4 • The selected saved search is executed and Employer is taken to the Search Candidate screen where they can update search criteria, filters, and facets and select an option to ‘Update Saved Search and Email Alerts’ 5 3 4 Email Alerts are set to automatically expire in 60 days and Employers can ‘renew’ the alerts here 5 Deloitte Consulting Confidential | PA Department of Labor & Industry The Email Status for each saved search is viewable and for unconfirmed email addresses, Employers have the ability to ‘re-verify’, which re-sends the confirmation email to the provided email address Employers can use the ‘Edit Settings’ option to modify the Search Name, Frequency, and Email used for alerts
