  1. This is the challenge in front of us – and the opportunity that we see to truly make things better, both for employees and IT departments. The impact of these trends we’re discussing is that people are first bringing their expectations for user experience into the enterprise. Those expectations are being shaped by each of the devices they adopt. Not just their phones and their tablets, but every device they use to get things done in their personal lives. And finally, each and every one of these experiences, these expectations, is increasingly powered by services in the network.
