Jill Demeny has over 25 years of experience in confections and pastry arts. She is currently seeking a new position utilizing her skills. She has extensive experience overseeing candy production and operations as the Manager and Head Candy Maker at Southern Candymakers in New Orleans for over 15 years. She has also held several pastry chef positions at restaurants on Martha's Vineyard, where she developed dessert menus and assisted with food preparation.
