Synergize means working together to accomplish more and come up with better ideas than any individual could alone. The document provides an example of how a cheerleading team with 17 members can achieve more than a single cheerleader. 2. What does synergize mean? Synergize is when two or more people work together to do something that would work better than if they were by themselves.

3. For example.. A cheerleading team can do so much more with a large amount of people. If there was 1 cheerleader on a team that person wouldn’t accomplish as much as a team with 17 girls would.

4. You can always come up with better and more creative ideas if you use teamwork. 

5. Foundation The foundation of synergy is to learn to celebrate differences and team work.

6. Getting into synergy .. These are the 5 ways to help you get to synergy.. Define the problem. Understand ideas of other people. Then share your ideas. Think of new creative ideas. Pick the best solution that came up.

7. Example of “ Problem or Opportunity ” I have a science fair project tomorrow, but I was invited to go see a new movie in the movie theater. I would rather go with my friends instead of working on my project..

8. Example of “ Their way ” The project is really important because it is 200 points. I have a C in science and this project would bring it up extremely if I got a good grade on the science fair.

9. Example of “ My Way ” It would be great if I watched this movie! All of my friends are going and it’s a nice way to get with everybody all at once. I've heard it is the best movie some people have ever seen! I know that the project is important but I would DIE if I missed out on this opportunity.

10. Example of “ Brain Storm ” Get creative.. Avoid criticism.. “ Piggyback”

11. Example of “ High Way ” I have a conclusion.. I am going to finish my science fair project as fast as I can. I am not going to rush through everything though so I can still get a good grade. Then I will go to the movies, whatever I didn’t finish of the project I have to finish when I get back from the movie..

12. In conclusion.. Remember, the 5 ways to help you get to synergy are; Define the problem, Understand ideas of other people, Then share your ideas, Think of new creative ideas, Pick the best solution that came up. Also, remember that synergize means working together to make something better, with more creative ideas!
