DESCRIPTIONS FOR AIRCRAFT INTERIORS CABIN
Aircraft interior technician inspect, remove, and install aircraft interior pieces,
including doors, bulkheads, and lavatories, sound-proofing mechanisms, lighting,
cabinets, or wall panels, Aircraft interior technicians might be part of a customization
service for particular aerospace clients. And responsible forensuring that work meets
federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards.
Operates machines as required. Insures that assigned functions are conducted in
accordance with established with policies and procedures, That quality standards are
met Inspect, troubleshoot, test repair, and maintain aircraft including upholstery, carpet,
cabinetry, other cabin furnishing or exceeded, and that related documentation is
accurate and complete.
Maintenance repair and overhaul services at both seats and component levels
through authorized on site repair stations. Attach bindings or apply solutions to edges
of cut material to prevent raveling. Build –up aircraft seats, typically leather and interior
components.
QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive experience in all aspect of maintains, repair, inspection, trouble
shooting and servicing of B-737-200/300/800, B -767, B777-200/300, -747-200-300 -
400, A-319, A320, A321, A330-200-300, A340-200-500-600, A380, M D-90, M D-11, C –
130E/H, C -130-L-100-20 aircraft and installed components.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON AIRCRAFT
B737-200/300/800/B-767/757, B-777-200-300, B747-200/300/400, A-319,
A320, A321, A330-200, A330-300, A340-500, A380, M D-90,MD-11, C-130E/H, C-
130-L-100-20
 Perform line maintenance check of aircraft such as transit check, service
check, A check, B check. Servicing, aircraft towing, marshalling, refueling
and defueling, service bulletin in accordance with maintenance manual
removal and installation of parts and components of the aircraft.
 Perform Aircraft maintenance C&D check, installation of parts and
components of aircraft, repair, troubleshooting, rigging, assembly and
disassembly of engine parts of JT8D/T -56 & CFM-56-300.
 Perform removal/installation of Galley Module on heavy maintenance
check. Galley defects check, rectification and modification.
 Perform Composite fiber glass – repair panel, cowling, blankets removal,
and hot bonding/sanding of all composite materials of aircraft with the
quality standard set by the manufacturer specification.
 Perform minor sheet metal repair and modification of galleys, lavatories
and its accessories, kickboards and check strips, overhead stowage bins,
side walls and ceiling panels, and other interior furnishing within the
specified ground time to maintain service ability and presentable
appearance of the aircraft.
 Removal/installation of Lavatory Module during heavy maintenance checks
and perform lavatory parts function test. Defect inspection,
removal/installation of lavatory including leak checks on waste and water
line.
 Perform checks, rectification, and removal/installation of aircraft stowage
bin module. Removal/installation of ceiling panel, DADO panels, side wall
panels including replacement or cleaning of window shades, outer and
inner window panels.
 Removal/installation of aircraft door trim panel and escape slide /raft.
 Removal/installation of aircraft interior dividers, crew bunks and closets
during heavy maintenance checks. Checks rectification and modification of
parts thereof.
 Removal/installation of aircraft floorboards including application of anti-
corrosion chemicals underneath metal frames and sealant application of
wet parts areas.
 Perform checks, removal/installation of aircraft fabrics such as carpets,
curtain, galley mats, passenger and attendant seat covers.
 Check, removal and replacement of emergency loose equipment. Check
for its serviceability, physical appearances, pressures (pressurized bottles)
seals and due dates.
 All performed task are directed by the service engineer and senior
technician and in accordance with the company policies, standards and
procedures, manufacture's specifications and standards, government
regulations and contract specifications as applicable on the aircraft and
related accessories for compliance.
 Perform inspection, functional checks, preventive maintenance on aircraft
and installed equipment. Performs Pre-flight, Post-flight, thru flight
calendar isochronal, and periodic/phase inspection on aircraft including
structures, landing gears, engines instruments, cockpits, cabin flight,
surfaces and controls. Inspect and performs functional checks of aircraft
system such as hydraulic, electrical, pressurization, lubrication, anti-icing
vacuum, induction and exhaust and installed equipment such as external
tanks, tow reels, hoist and auxiliary power units. Inspect aircraft
components for cleanliness, alignment and proper clearance and
operation, evidence of wear cracks and looseness in accordance with
technical orders. Launches and recovers aircraft.
 Repairs, maintains and service aircraft and installed equipment. Removes
install and adjust aircraft and systems components such as flight controls,
shock struts, wheels, brakes, tires, cowling, enclosure, hose and tubing.
 Determines and accomplishes maintenance actions required to correct
malfunctions indicated in aircraft forms completion of maintenance, clean
aircraft engines. Identifies corrosion and applies protective measures,
troubleshoots malfunction pertaining to aircraft structures, landing gear,
control surface, induction, exhaust, and ventilation and heating systems.
Serviced oil-de-icing, fuel, hydraulic and oxygen (gaseous and liquid)
system. Obtain engine oil samples for analysis. Operates and maintains
non-powered ground equipment. Performs assigned maintenance on
aircraft installed auxiliary power unit. Operates and maintains non-
powered ground equipment. Performs assigned maintenance I repair and
installation of aircraft wheel and tire assy. Interprets diagrams and
applicable publication. Completes maintenance data forms.
 Supervised aircraft maintenance personnel. Assigned work and reviews
completed works to ensure compliance with the applicable technical
publications and local procedures. Instructed subordinates in maintenance
of aircraft and installed equipment’s. Ensure compliance with the
appropriate procedures prescribed by siaec/aerospec supplies pte, ltd.
management's directives conducts on the job training.

Performs assigned maintenance on aircraft installed auxiliary power unit. Operates and maintains non- powered ground equipment. Performs assigned maintenance I repair and installation of aircraft wheel and tire assy. Interprets diagrams and applicable publication. Completes maintenance data forms.  Supervised aircraft maintenance personnel. Assigned work and reviews completed works to ensure compliance with the applicable technical publications and local procedures.
