mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft and subsystems. Prepare
aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled inspections and assists in performing
special inspections. Performs limited maintenance operational checks and assists in diagnosing and
troubleshooting aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Uses and performs operator
maintenance on tools, special tools and aircraft ground support equipment. Prepare forms and records related to
aircraft maintenance and use applicable STAMIS systems.
Lockheed Martin Flight Line Field Service Mechanic- November 2011 – July 2012
Diagnose malfunctions of the electrical system of the F-35 aircraft occurring during preflight preparation, and
post flight operational checks. Determined the cause and selected the most expedient corrective action to bring
operations within acceptable standards and accomplished all necessary rework, repair and replacement of
components.
Proficient in electrical system ground handling and test equipment while performing operational
troubleshooting.
Work from blueprints, flight discrepancies, engineering changes, technical order, and inspection sheets. Make
complete or final operational checks, rework, repair, adjustments, or servicing to airplanes prior to flights.
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Instrumentation Mechanic Flight line Launch and recovery - 2007 – Nov.
2011
Responsible for planning and layout, fabrication and assembly of instrumentation provisioning for flight test
aircraft and development projects where no established procedures or method exists and work is accomplished
from the verbal instructions and/or rough sketches of engineering.
Responsible for the functional check and calibration of direct reading aircraft instruments and electro-
mechanical sensing devices used for the accumulation of development test data.
Install, operationally check, calibrate and maintain direct reading instrumentation sensing devices of an electro-
mechanical nature on aircraft undergoing flight test evaluation and performs the layout necessary to establish
the locations for and accomplishes the assembly and installation to provide provisioning for new and changed
engineering requirements.
Diagnose and correct all electro-mechanical and provisioning malfunctions of sensing device failures occurring
during instrumentation system ground run or those detected during flight line operations.
Maintain, modify, repair and install various types of cameras used in flight test instrumentation or
developmental research. Provide general instrumentation support for engineering projects. Familiar with all of
Lockheed Martin published procedures pertaining to manufacturing, (SFM and EWI computer systems) EDU
tools boxes and safety requirements. COMSEC briefed 2007. Received award from Edwards AFB General for
the support I provided on
AF3 for the installation of the Fire Hose Pod which was installed with zero defects.
Traveled domestically to support Lockheed Martin’s mission on the F-35 A, B and C models as an electrical
technician to repair F-35 fiber optics and electrical systems at NAS Patuxent River and Edwards Air Force
Base.
American EuroCopter Electronics Mechanic - 2007
