-prepare the education and training schedule and the flexible
learning delivery mode with Dr. Panfilo Castro NHS
-assign trainers and trainer coordinator for the program who will;
a.Serve as mentor to the students;
b.Give the students course – related work assignments and
expose them to learning experience on actual operations and
management;
c.Orient students about rules, proper decorum, behavior and
work ethics inside the school premises;

d. Monitor attendance, activities and performance of students
during JDVP;
e. Expose the students to real situation/problem and bottlenecks,
thus enabling them to analyze and apply scientific and empirical
approach to solution of technical problems.

versa during the training on a daily basis;
-provide PPE (alcohol, face mask)
-provide two (2) pieces of T-shirts as uniform to the learner-
beneficiaries;
-arrange accident insurance for scholars;
- issue a certificate of completion to learner-beneficiaries
who successfully finish their training.

c. arrange an education and training schedule with the JDVP-TVL Partner
that is convenient and responsive to the needs of the learner-
beneficiaries, which shall not exceed eight hours daily; and
d. assign a teacher-coordinator (TVL Teacher) to regularly confer with the
trainer of the JDVP-TVL Partners on the implementation of the
agreements discussed during the orientation and monitor the
attendance and participation of the learner-beneficiaries.
Both parties shall provide utmost monitoring on learner’s
progress chart, positive attitude and behavior towards peers and
respect to personnel and appropriate use of school facilities and
properties. Damages of Newton Science School Inc.’s properties
and facilities may be investigated as the case may be. Damages
due to negligence may be charged to the persons involved.
a.The student and their respective guardians will be personally
responsible for any and all liabilities for damage to property
or injury persons, which may be occasioned by the
intentional or negligent acts of the students in the course of
JDVP.
a.The students shall abide by Newton Science School Inc’s rules
and regulations and comply with those imposed for the JDVP,
otherwise they shall be excluded from further participation.
b.The partner school may pull out any student from school
premises on reasonable grounds after a written notice is set by
the representative of the partner school requesting such a pull
out.
c.Both parties shall exert all efforts necessary to achieve the
objectives of their joint undertaking. For this purpose, the
parties shall execute and deliver such instruments and
documents as may be reasonably requested by the other party
to carry out the intent and accomplish the purpose of their
agreement and the transaction hereby.
