Tonight, if you would like to you can come
out and support our high school as they play
their Snowcoming basketball games at 6 and
7:30.
They are also hosting their annual Cougars
vs. Cancer event.
Spelling -
We have some new options on the Spelling
2-5-8 Menu now. Next week students will be
reviewing homophone pairs.
Reading-
We have completed our DIBELS benchmark
testing. Next week we will be reading
Runaway Ralph by Beverly Cleary. Our Battle
of the Books teams have been working hard
too!
Writing-
Powerpoints are almost complete. Students
should finish any remaining bird research by
Monday afternoon.
Math-
We are back and working with fractions. We
have been adding, subtracting, working with
improper fractions and mixed numbers.
Students will have a test on Jan. 26 due to the
snow days.
Science – Science
Fair 2012 is coming! Check with your child for
contracts and packets.
