formatting standards expected of our client insurance firms. This was a part-time non-career
position.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR – VARIOUS CLIENTS – (2008 to 2013)
Policy Review
• Reviewed a backlog of Architects & Engineers Professional Liability policies to eliminate
client exposure to potential errors and omissions claims and to address and upgrade
professional standards.
Risk Analysis
• Managed a project that informed clients of the costs and benefits of flood insurance on each
of their buildings and contents within that was completed within 67% of the time allotted.
Process Improvement
• Served as a liaison between carrier underwriters and marketing reps and agency production
and account management staff to enhance the quality and timely delivery of insurance
policies and improve the quality and delivery of insurance services.
• Eliminated a backlog by systematizing the policy checking process to reduce the time
required for each policy check. Completed this project within 75% of the time budgeted.
Compliance and Product Development

Managed a rate revision and endorsement filing project for a Lawyers Professional Liability
