About iWillStudy.com

Introduction:
iWillStudy.com organizes Technical seminars and workshops in Engineering colleges to help student
know about the latest technologies and domains, growing in industry and to build a platform to connect
them with the industry and industry people directly.




iWillStudy.com Objective:
iWillStudy.com objective is to invite Intellects of Industry (Yahoo, Nokia, ISB, IITs ) to engineering
colleges and to share their wisdom to impart knowledge of various technologies making them
understand about the real world and help them choose correct path for building their career.




iWillStudy.com Mission:
iWillStudy.com mission is to make student capable enough to enter into any industry and prove an
efficient resource to that industry.
About iWS Ambassador
iWillStudy.com is looking for some Bright, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Creative college students who
desire to make a difference to the conventional knowledge imparting Methodology, by working closely
with iWillStudy.com team. They will be involved in organizing seminars and workshops in their colleges.
They will play a vital role in taking students, to a new level of knowledge and wisdom, by their
contribution in arranging iWS events in their college.


iWS Ambassador Qualities
iWillStudy.com requires students having following qualities to be eligible for becoming iWS
Ambassadors.

   1. Soft-qualities
          a. He/she should be creative, enthusiastic, Energetic, full of life
          b. He/she should be ready to work rigorously and possesses never dying attitude.
          c. He/she should be good at networking and contacts.
          d. Of course he/she should be a good organizer.
   2. Work-qualities
          a. He/she should have good communication skills.
          b. He/she should in good relations with his/her faculty, HODs, principal
          c. Student who are in any college committee like co-curricular committee or organizing
              committee shall be preferred.
          d. He/she should be able to fix an event in his/college.




iWS Ambassador Role
Since, this is an event based activity, an iWS Ambassador will be spending only few hours from his/her
academic schedule for arranging for an event. The activities shall be like meeting with HODs and
Principal, displaying posters and other promotional activities.

Below mentioned are some of the important roles of an iWS Ambassador.
1. Work with iWS team to fix seminars and workshops in their college, by proposing and explaining
      the subject and benefit of the seminar to the HODs and concerned authorities.

   2. Work closely with iWS team to promote the seminar or workshop, in order to raise interest in
      students to participate the seminar or workshops. This can be done in following ways
          a. Announcements in the classes of the colleges
          b. Putting up posters and banners given by iWS for the particular event.
          c. Explaining to friends and colleagues, the benefits of attending the seminar.

   3. Registering the participants by filling up iWS registration forms for the particular events.
   4. Collecting registration fees and handling all aspects of registrations.

   5. Meet target setup by iWS in terms of organizing certain no. of events and registering
      participants to the event.

   6. Attend iWS scheduled meeting for planning and actions. iWS Ambassadors from other colleges
      will also attend so a good opportunity to meet new people and work towards a common goal.




iWS Ambassador Privileges
Below mentioned are the privileges given to iWS Ambassador by iWillStudy.com. Certain privileges are
linked to the target achieved by him/her.




   1. Job Placement Opportunities –
           a. iWillStudy.com will ensure placement of iWS Ambassador in the industry, after his/her
              completion of the course he/she is undergoing.

           b.    iWillStudy.com will prepare iWS Ambassadors for interviews and provide opportunities
                to refer to iWS partner companies.


   2. Semester Training Opportunities
           a. iWillStudy.com will provide opportunity for semester training to iWS Ambassador.


   3. Event Based Allowance
a. iWillStudy.com will provide performance based allowance to iWS Ambassador for
       meeting targets in organizing seminars or workshops in their colleges.


4. iWS Benefits -
    a. iWillStudy.com will give iWS related benefits to the Ambassadors like Free Entrance for
       Events, SMS Subscription, 24x7 Technical Help, iWS Materials.


5. Education Counseling.
    a. iWillStudy.com will provide free counseling to iWS Ambassador regarding future studies
       and other academic decisions.


6. Appreciation in terms of Gifts
    a. iWillStudy.com will honor iWS Ambassador on meeting his/her target and give away
       gifts as an appreciation.


7. Marketing Exposure
    a.   iWillStudy.com will train marketing methods to the Ambassadors, which will help them
         gain experience of real-time marketing in the industry.


8. Work Certificate by iWS
    a. All Ambassadors will be awarded work certificates that will help them stand-out from
       the rest of the crowd at the time of interviews and placements.


9. Networking Opportunities
    a. The Ambassadors will get exposure to various people of different field and industry,
       thus a good opportunity to make connections and relations with others.


10. Best Ambassador Award.
    a. Out of all iWS Ambassadors, every year we will select best Ambassador based on
       meeting targets and efficiency of work. She/he will be given special benefits in training
       and job placements.
iWS Ambassador Eligibility
Any student who finds iWS Ambassador qualities in him/her, is eligible for applying. Students from 2nd
and 3rd year are preferred (not restricted to these years).




iWS Ambassador Selection Procedure
Applicants will be invited for an informal interview to evaluate. Selection will be based on the interview
scores. Maximum two iWS Ambassador are required for a college.

Soft-qualities a. He/she should be creative, enthusiastic, Energetic, full of life b. He/she should be ready to work rigorously and possesses never dying attitude. c. He/she should be good at networking and contacts. d. Of course he/she should be a good organizer. 2. Work-qualities a. He/she should have good communication skills. b. He/she should in good relations with his/her faculty, HODs, principal c. Student who are in any college committee like co-curricular committee or organizing committee shall be preferred. d. He/she should be able to fix an event in his/college. iWS Ambassador Role Since, this is an event based activity, an iWS Ambassador will be spending only few hours from his/her academic schedule for arranging for an event. The activities shall be like meeting with HODs and Principal, displaying posters and other promotional activities. Below mentioned are some of the important roles of an iWS Ambassador.

Work closely with iWS team to promote the seminar or workshop, in order to raise interest in students to participate the seminar or workshops. This can be done in following ways a. Announcements in the classes of the colleges b. Putting up posters and banners given by iWS for the particular event. c. Explaining to friends and colleagues, the benefits of attending the seminar. 3. Registering the participants by filling up iWS registration forms for the particular events. 4. Collecting registration fees and handling all aspects of registrations. 5. Meet target setup by iWS in terms of organizing certain no. of events and registering participants to the event. 6.   • 6. iWS Ambassador Eligibility Any student who finds iWS Ambassador qualities in him/her, is eligible for applying. Students from 2nd and 3rd year are preferred (not restricted to these years). iWS Ambassador Selection Procedure Applicants will be invited for an informal interview to evaluate. Selection will be based on the interview scores. Maximum two iWS Ambassador are required for a college.
