I have the reply here @ Know first Islam then comment in such way ---
Check what the Holy Quran says --
[9:71] “The Believers, men and women, are protectors one of another: they enjoin the ma`roof (all of Islam), and forbid the munkar (all that is evil; kufr): they observe regular prayers, pay Zakat, and obey Allah and His Messenger. On them will Allah pour His mercy: for Allah is Exalted in power, Wise.”
CONCEPT OF MARRIAGE IN ISLAM
Marriage is an integral part of a Muslim’s life, indeed it is too important in our religion Islam that it is considered to be one half of one’s Faith. Islam is not like the other religions that support and promote monasticism or celibacy, but it is a just religion and it takes the middle way in sexual relations, it neither allows it freely, nor does it condemn it like the other certain religions. Marriage is a great virtue and a means of salvation in our religion (Islam). It is our religious duty and a moral safeguard. Marriage is a contract made by male and female to live together as wife and husband and a tie that strengthen their relationship. It is because of this holy tie that families are established in our societies and communities. Moreover, it is the lawful and legitimate way to indulge in intimacy between a man and woman.

It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

4. 1.Enjoining What Is Good And
Forbidding What Is Bad
“O my son! perform As-Salaah, enjoin on people) Al-
Ma‘roof (all that is good), and forbid people from Al-
Munkar (all that is bad), and bear with patience
whatever befalls you. Verily, these are some of the
important commandments” [Luqmaan 31:17]
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) said: “Religion is sincerity.” We said, “To
whom?” He said, “To Allaah and His Book, and His
Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and
their common folk.” ( Sahih Muslim:95).
5. 2.Social Mobility
Any member of Islamic society Could move up in
social rank by having religious, scholarly and
military achievements.
Bilal ;A Negro slave originally from Habasha
(Ethiopia), Islam raised him to the status that
Khalifa Omar bin Khattab addressed him as
Saiyydana (our leader).
The Indian slave dynasty lasted from 1206 to
1290. The slave dynasty was the first Muslim
dynasty to rule India. It is said that Muhammad
Ghori did not have a natural heir to the throne
and he the habit of treating his slaves like his
own children. Thus after the death of Ghori, one
of the most able slaves by the name of Qutub-
ud-din Aibak descended the throne.
6. 3. Joint Family System
A joint family system is an extended clan comprising multiple
hierarchical tiers of relatives with their respective spouses and
children. They live under one roof, eat meals together and try to
get along.
It expects sons to dwell with their elderly parents in their homes
and financially support them, even if the latter are well-off.
living together under one roof facilitates considerable control of
the younger ones by the elders.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “…Gather together to eat
your food, and say Allah’s name over it (bismillah) and you will
be blessed in it,” [Abu Dawud] and “Eat together, all of you, and
do not separate individually, because the barakah is in the
group.” [Ibn Majah]
7.
8. 4. Respect To Elders
Islam gives so much importance to
respecting elders that it is equated
with glorifying the Almighty Allah.
Prophet )sallahu alaihe wasallam)
said "It is out of reverence to Allah
to respect the white-headed (aged)
Muslim.”
Prophet said: “Those who do not
show mercy to our young ones and
do not realize the right of our
elders are not from us” (Sunan
Abu Dawud).
"If a young man honors an elderly
on account of his age, Allah
appoints someone to honor him in
his old age.“( Al-Tirmidhi)
12. Is Marriages A Social Custom?
In contrast to other religions, which consider ‘celibacy’ as a great
virtue and a means of salvation, Islam considers marriage as one of
the most virtuous.
Nikaah is a great form of ibadat in Islam. Nabie-e-Karim (saw) said:
“If any person performs nikaah, he has completed half of his religion. To
fulfil the other half of his Deen (religion) he should fear Allah”.
(Mishkaat)
“Nikaah (marriage) is among my ways”.
“O youth, those of you who can support a wife should marry because
this will be a means of keeping your gazes lowered and a protection
from your private parts. And those amongst you who are not capable of
should fast for fasting will lower ones passion”.
13. Guidelines for Choosing a
Marriage Partner
“Every item of this world is (an item) of benefit. However, the
item of most benefit is a pious wife.” (Mishkaat)
“ Women are married for four qualities, some are married for
wealth, some for the family(lineage) status, some for beauty and
some for the Deen (piety). Marry a woman for her Deen and you
shall be happy/successful.” (Mishkaat)
14. Islam Advocates Early Marriages
“Do not delay in three things; 1) The offering of the
obligatory prayer. 2) The offering of the funeral
prayer when the deceased's body is present. 3) The
marriage of a woman when her couple is found.”
(narrated by Tirmidzi)
“When one of you receives a proposal from such a
person with whose Deen (piety) and character you
are pleased then marry him/her to the person, and
if you reject it there will be widespread corruption
on earth” (Tirmidhi)
15. Polygamy
“Marry women of your choice, two, three or four; but if you
fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them),
then only one, or that which your right hand possess. That
will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.”
(Surah Nisaa:3)
The Quranic verse regarding polygamy was revealed
immediately after the battle of Uhud, wherein many
orphans and widows were left destitute.
It is necessary to make Nikaah to one wife only when one
fears that one is unable to fulfil the rights of more than
one wife.
16. Divorce: Good Or Bad?
Due to the financial responsibilities which he has to bear, the right
to divorce in Islam is primarily given to the husband.
Unlike other religions, Divorce is allowed in islam because
sometimes it is truly the best interest of all concerned. Nobody
needs to remain in a situation that causes personal distress, pain,
and suffering. .
But due to its adverse effects on both families it must be used as a
last option. The holy Prophet once said, "Of all the lawful things,
divorce is the most hated by Allah.“
Even if one may not like something about his or her spouse, God
mentions that perhaps this thing may, in fact, bring about much
good.:
“And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them – perhaps
you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.” (Quran
4:19)
17. Steps to an Islamic Divorce
A possible divorce involve more people than just the two spouses. It
affects children, parents, and entire families. Therfore involve family
elders in an attempt at reconciliation.
Holy Quran says: “And if you fear a breach between the two, appoint
an arbiter from his relatives and an arbiter from her relatives. If
they both desire reconciliation Allah will effect harmony between
them. Verily Allah has full knowledge, and is aware of everything.”
(Surah An-Nisa 4:35)
Even after arbtration, one finds that there is no other option than
divorce, it is more merciful that you each go your separate ways,
peacefully and amicably.
The parties should either hold together on equitable terms or
separate with kindness." (Surah al-Baqarah, 2:229)

20. A Tool For Da`wah
(Calling) To Islam
Social Media and Inter-
Religious Dialogue: A New
Relationship,” was
organized in October 2011
in Doha, Qatar.
The conference aimed at
addressing a number of
themes, including: social
media as a tool for dialogue
instead of hateful attacks
21. SOURCE OF CONNECTIONS
Anas (R.A.) narrates a
hadith that Rasoolullah
(SAW) said “if anyone want
that in his Rizq (Provision)
be openness and his mark
stay in the world a long
time (meant that his age
become long) so he take
Sila Rehmi with his
relatives
(Maarif-ul-Hadis Part-6,
Page 64)
22. Sectarian increase by hate speech.
The number of FIRs in 2014 was 126 that were related to
social crimes, hate speech, derogation, pornography,
defamation, sectarian violence along with privacy breaches
23. Wrong Information
A wrong `aqidah or ruling of Islam
or a fabricated hadith can easily be
posted
The Holy Prophet (p. b. u. h.) says:
“The one who intentionally tells a
lie against me, he/she should
occupy his/her sit in the Hellfire.”
Spreading wrong ideas about Islam
can also be related to ignorance
Allah says: “And pursue not that of
which you have no knowledge; for
every act of hearing, of seeing, or of
(feeling in) the heart will be
enquired into,” (17: 36).
24. WASTE OF TIME.
People gossip a lot about
unnecessary things and waste
time for them.
The Prophet (peace and
blessings of ALLAH be upon
him) said: “There are two
blessings which many people
do not make the most of and
thus lose out: good health and
free time.” Narrated by al-
Bukhaari, 6412.
25. Cross Gender Relations
“O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any
other women. If you keep your duty (to Allaah),
then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose
heart is a disease should be moved with desire,
but speak in an honourable manner”[al-Ahzaab
33:32]
National Centre for Social and Criminal
Research in Egypt prepared a study on
Facebook.
Among other things it noted: “many visitors to
the website succeeded in finding their former
relationships. One in every five cases of divorce
came about when one partner discovered that
the other was having a relationship through the
Internet, and through Facebook. ”
26. Loss Of Concentration At Ibadaat
Nidhal Guessoum Professor
of Physics and Astronomy at
American University of
Sharjah, UAE , says:
“During a recent Friday
sermon, a young Muslim
sitting next to me took out his
Blackberry and started to
check his messages (while the
Imam was giving his speech).
I was quite stunned. The
young man then put away his
smartphone, but 10 minutes
later took it out again and
typed a few things. “
27. LAZINESS AND ANXIETY.
No physical work ,just sitting in front of
Laptop and generally tend to become
lazy.
lots of People doing Dawah here and
there is no one doing it on the streets.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allah be upon him) used to say, "O
Allah! I seek refuge with You from
helplessness, laziness, cowardice
and feeble old age; I seek refuge
with You from afflictions of life and
death and seek refuge with You from
the punishment in the grave." Sahih
al-Bukhari
