5. Branch Manager – Williamsport - $30.00 / Hour
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the productivity and job duties of branch employees.
- Evaluate and develop sales market by reviewing customers, equipment, pricing, and competition.
- Set performance guidelines for inspection compliance and track improvements.
- Actively monitor safety and regulatory compliance.
- Insure that all equipment meets company quality standards and specific customer applications.
- Monitor inventory reconciliations and periodically check branch accounts to insure accurate assessment of fleet.
- Maintain an excellent customer service program with on time deliveries and timely handling of customer calls and
follow up.
- Routinely review off rent reports to determine plan for increased rentals.
- Insure that all branch employees are trained in the appropiate programs: Product awareness, safety, customer
applications, business systems, etc.
- Conduct safety meetings and insure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Review sales techniques and cold calling programs.
- Routinely, but at a minimum, annually review each employee’s performance.
Qualifications
- Ability to execute broad guidelines from management and not be managed by individual tasks.
- Ability to execute project plans for growth, operational improvements, sales and marketing
- Good presentation skills for training and development of employees.
- Five to Ten years in General Manager Experience.
6. CDL A Driver – Williamsport – 18.00/Hour
Job Responsiblites
- Operate a heavy truck for delivery of various equipment to customers.
- Spotting and moving Frac tanks as necessary.
- Maintaining DOT logs and other required paperwork.
- Equipment inspections (Level 1s, etc), pre and post delivery.
- Delivery and set up or tear down of secondary equipment.
- Strict adherence to DOT laws.
- Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Maintenance and repair of tanks and other equipment.
- Minor maintenance of truck.
- As necessary, ability to operate forklift.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial drivers license (HAZMAT AND TANKER ENDORSEMENTS)
- Prior driving experience, preferebly with winch-type or towing equipment.
- Ability to be on call 24 hours a day.
- Ability to make occasional overnight trips.
- Customer service skills a plus.
