This document proposes an Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled system to dynamically manage garbage collection and delivery to processing plants. Sensors and actuators allow for real-time monitoring of waste levels in bins to optimize collection routes and schedules. An Android app with a graphical user interface is developed to demonstrate the system. The model is tested on real waste data from St. Petersburg, Russia and shows consistency and accuracy. Proper garbage management is important as population growth increases waste. The proposed dynamic IoT system aims to address challenges through sensor data and optimized routing to improve waste collection efficiency.
