This document describes a cloud-based intelligent plant monitoring device that uses sensors and the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor environmental factors impacting plant growth. The device contains sensors to measure soil moisture, light intensity, temperature and humidity. It connects to an Adafruit IoT cloud platform to store and visualize the sensor data through a mobile application. This allows farmers to remotely monitor plants and improve crop yields. The system aims to reduce water waste and labor while promoting smart agriculture through automated monitoring of plant conditions.
