organisation of manufacturers, retailers or other
employers of wage labour.
Objectives of Eos
• Develop healthy and stable industrial relations
• Promote collective bargaining at all levels
• Promote and protect the interest of workers
Eos operate at following three levels
• Local Organisations – The Bombay Mill
Owners Association
• Regional Organisations – Employers Federatio
to South India
• Central Organisations –
All India organisations of Employers (AIOE)
Employers’ Federation of India (EFI)
Different Eos in India
• International Organization of Employers (IOE)
• Standing Conference of Public Enterprises
